Jacquard Knit Polo and Shorts Set — ODM Development

The Jacquard Knit Polo and Shorts Set is a fully-fashioned knitted co-ord manufactured by Giborn Apparel for resort, premium retail and designer labels. Both pieces are knitted to shape on flat-knit machines with the vertical jacquard aligned so the pattern reads continuously from the polo through to the short — something that cannot be achieved by cutting two garments from the same printed cloth. It is the most development-intensive product in our men’s sets range and is built to a brief rather than pulled from stock.

Flexible MOQ · Sampling 5–15 days · Bulk 30–60 days. Co-ords need a swatch approval and then a paired garment sample, so allow for two stages rather than one. Both are handled inside our ODM development service.
