Custom Printed Hoodie — Client Project

The Custom Printed Hoodie shown here is a client project produced by Giborn Apparel for a brand running an oversized front graphic across three washed colourways. We are showing it as a production reference — print scale, ink hand and how a large graphic behaves once the garment is washed — not as a design available to buy. Anything on this page can be replaced with your own artwork. It belongs to our men’s hoodies range and is a useful benchmark if you are planning a graphic that crosses seams or sits over a wash.

Why Produce With Giborn

Print placement is verified at the sampling stage and re-checked in-line during bulk, as one of the seven inspection gates a batch has to clear before it ships. Because the printing sits alongside the sewing floor in the same Dongguan facility, a misplaced graphic is caught in hours rather than after a batch has left the building.

Flexible MOQ · Sampling 5–15 days · Bulk 30–60 days. Graphic-led styles need a strike-off — a print test on the actual fabric — before the fit sample is finalised, because ink behaves differently on washed and unwashed ground. We run strike-offs as part of our standard OEM workflow.
