Seven Inspection Gates

Quality is not a final check. Each gate below has its own pass criteria, and a batch does not advance until it clears.

1 · Raw Material Inspection

Yarn count, twist and colour lot verification
Supplier certificate and batch traceability check
Moisture and contamination screening

2 · Fabric Inspection

Four-point system for surface defects
GSM, width and shrinkage testing
Colour fastness and shade band approval

3 · In-line Inspection

First-piece approval before the line runs
Stitch density, seam strength and tension checks
Roving checks at each hanging-line station

4 · Semi-finished Inspection

Panel matching, symmetry and measurement spec check
Print and embroidery placement verification
Defective pieces isolated and reworked before assembly

5 · Final Garment Inspection

Full measurement audit against the approved sample

Needle detection and sharp-object screening

6 · AQL Audit

Materials & Supply Chain

Fabric Warehousing That Protects Your Lead Time

Most delays in knitwear are material delays. Our warehouse is run so that fabric is ready when the line is.

Classified Storage

Fabrics are stored by composition, GSM and colour lot, so a repeat order can be matched to the original batch rather than approximated.

Inbound Quality Check

Every roll is inspected on arrival — four-point defect scan, GSM and shrinkage test — before it is accepted into stock.

Smart Inventory

Stock levels for core fabrics are tracked continuously, so frequently used bases can be reserved ahead of a confirmed order.

FIFO Rotation

First in, first out picking prevents ageing stock and keeps hand feel and colour consistent across production runs.

Environmental Control

Temperature and humidity are managed in the fabric store to protect natural fibres from moisture damage and dimensional change.
